Mr. Subhash A. Sharma, aged 47 years, is the Chairman cum Managing Director & CEO of our Company. By qualification, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University and possesses more than two decade of experience in both the domestic and international markets. As visionary enterpreneur, he has a flare for innovation and has earned himself a good repute in the mining industry over the years. He is responsible for the formulation of the overall strategic policy governing the growth drivers of our Company and has been instrumental in execution of business strategies.

Mr. Mayur Shah, aged 48 years, is an Independent Director of our Company.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Bombay University and has completed Diploma in Polymer Science (IPI Mumbai Chapter) and done some other courses in Healthcare and Medicine. He has more than 28 years of experience in working in the family business. He has the experience of Marketing, Project Management, implementing quality measures etc.

Mrs. Mamta Parekh, aged 46 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She has completed Graduation from S.N.D.T. University and Bsc in Yoga Therapy from Swami Vivekananda Anusandhana Samsthana from Bangalore. She trained herself as Yoga therapist and gained an experience of more than 3 years in Yoga therapy and teaching and more than two decade experience in administration, policies formation and implementation.

Mr. Rohit Palav, aged 33 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He has Completed Diploma in Hotel Management from The Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts from Baroda. He has an experience of more than 13 years in the family business and in Marketing, Project Management, implementing quality measures, catering business etc.
